Thurpugutta Chinna Nambi, the son of Thurpugutta Shivanna, a candidate for the job of village sarpanch, promises Suri a cashier position at the renowned “Silk” bar in exchange for Dharani’s assistance in helping Suri win a local cricket match. At the bar, a fight breaks out between Dharani, Suri, and Chinna Nambi’s supporters, resulting in serious injury.
Chinna Nambi then has Dharani and his pals taken into custody. They are helped by Rajanna, Shivanna’s sympathetic step-brother, who counsels them to disregard village politics. Rajanna eventually agrees after Suri persuades him to run in the sarpanch elections, though. Rajanna wins the election after encouraging women to utilise their right to vote for the first time, and Dharani is appointed as his deputy sarpanch. Consequently, Suri and Vennela’s union is arranged.
Suri learns about Dharani’s selflessness on the day of his wedding to Vennela and is crushed. At the bar, he plans to confront Dharani and their friends, but they unexpectedly come under attack and are being sought after by an unknown gang. While one has a heart attack, three of their friends are brutally murdered. Dharani is hurt in the commotion, and Suri tries to leave with him while riding a bicycle. Sadly, Suri is decapitated while they are fleeing.
Dharani flees the attackers after being overtaken by shock and fear. Upon hearing of the attack, the entire hamlet is left feeling hopeless. In an effort to bring about justice, Dharani launches an inquiry and learns that Chinna Nambi planned Suri’s demise.
